PRESIDENT
James Tranghese
As president and founder of True North Construction Inc., James has lead the firms growth since 2019. James began as a carpenter in the industry which has provided invaluable experience as he has continued his career in the construction industry.
His corporate responsibilities include strategic planning, oversight of all financial and administrative operations and management of the company’s team. James works directly with clients, ensuring the companies commitment to excellent project delivery, from pre-costruction to closeout. James holds both a bachelor’s and masters degree in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
In his free time James enjoys the outdoors with his friends and family.
PROJECT MANAGER
Matt Ward
Matt got his start in the construction industry after graduating from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management. Matt was drawn to the fast-paced dynamics of the construction industry with ever-changing conditions, a dedicated emphasis on maximizing client’s success, and the collaboration with the various stakeholders involved.
As a project manager, Matt is a team leader and possesses the high-caliber organizational skills to adapt to project needs.
Outside of the jobsite, Matt is an avid runner, passionate fisherman, and holds his USCG Captain’s license.
Project Supervisor
Mike Kadlik
Mike provides project supervision for all site activities. He has extensive career experience in various trades including framing and finish carpentry. Mike delivers a high level of quality control and coordination to each stage of construction and ensures projects are on schedule.
Mike's knowledge and leadership are an invaluable asset to the the True North Construction team.
In his free time, Mike enjoys fishing and other outdoor activities.
Project Foreman
Brandon Moore
As a project foreman, Brandon is charged with overseeing projects on a day to day basis. He implements project scheduling, quality control, and site coordination. Brandon's attention to detail sets the standard for all trades on the projects he manages.
Brandon is a skilled communicator and works effectively with the various trades he supervises. He is a proactive problem-solver and is able to deliver solutions to problems before they arise.
Brandon enjoys snowmobiling in the winter and boating during the summers.
Project Carpenter
Greg Diiorio
Greg wears many hats in his role as project carpenter with True North Construction. Greg is skilled in framing, finish carpentry, concrete, and sitework. Greg obtained his bachelor's in Marketing from the University of Rhode Island.
Greg brings a positive attitude to every task he takes on and his contributions make him a key member of the True North Construction team.
Greg spends his free time helping his family on various home improvement projects and going to the beach with friends.
